I love this pizza. The dough is made with yeast like real pizza yet still low carb.

Note – This pizza is the real deal. It is every low carbers dream. You are going to love it.

Best Low carb Pizza

This pizza is the real deal and best of all you can make the dough a couple of days ahead of time and have it waiting in the refrigerator ready to go. Just take it out of the refrigerator and let rest for about 15 minutes and you are ready to go.

This dough can be made on the weekend to use for a weekday meal as well.

Weigh Ingredients

  1. Dry ingredients

Weigh out all dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk. prepare the rest of your ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk lightly.

  2. Bread Machine

Add to machine and use the dough setting. Add in the order of your machines instructions. Mine starts with the wet ingredients.

  3. Machine Stop

After machine has stopped, remove dough from machine cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. Make one large pizza or cut dough in half to make to small pizzas. Roll each pizza out on a oven safe dough mat and slide your pizza paddle under the mat to make it easier to take to the oven.

  4. Toppings

First add your sauce and follow with your favorite toppings. I made mine the Extravaganza. I used 3 different color peppers, Purple onions, Jimmy Dean sausage precooked, pepperoni, mushrooms and all the good stuff. Just top with what ever you like.

  5. Bake

Bake at 350F to 400F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. you might have to cover it if it starts getting too brown.

  6. Remove Pizza from oven

Remove pizza from the oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
