I Grow my Greens hydroponically so that way I have fresh Greens all year round. I love the choice of all kinds and color of Greens.
I like the fact that you can add all kind of healthy homemade salad dressings and toppings. One of my favorite is Grilled Chicken topped with tomatoes, red onion, strawberries and nuts. My favorite salad dressing is sugar free fresh homemade Honey Mustard minus the honey for Low Carbohydrate life style.
