This is a very simple recipe. It is store-bought like a cake mix, only it is keto-friendly and low-carb. Not only can you buy the cake mix in classic vanilla and chocolate, but they also sell the frosting. The brand is Birch Benders. One makes one 8-inch cake, so you need 2 if you want a 2 layer cake, or 1 mix will make 12 regular-sized cupcakes.
What I like the most is you can change this recipe to any flavor you like. I have made vanilla, lemon, orange, coconut. You can buy them in their original flavors of vanilla and Chocolate. Finally, a cake mix you can buy like its higher carb counterpart. The part about these little gems is the net carbs- 5net carbs.
This is a bought cake mix, buy Birch Benders. You can also buy Birch Benders Frosting. It comes in classic yellow and chocolate. I use classic yellow the most because I can change the flavor to any flavor I want. I have made vanilla, orange, lemon, coconut, butter, and they are all great. The price is not too bad either. I buy them at my Walmart.
