My Husband loves my homemade Chili, so you know me, I just had to low Carb it.
Set your Instant Pot to Sauté. When it reads HOT, add 3 tablespoons of oil to the inner pot. Add hamburger, stirring until brown. Add onions, celery, bell pepper, salt, Black pepper, garlic, garlic powder, and keep stirring until vegetables are soft.
Open cans and add to the meat and vegetables. Add water and mix well. Turn off instant pot and set it to slow cook. Allow to cook for about 1 hour.
I did not figure the carbs, but you can if you want to.
