Description

This recipe is delish and beautiful. It is easy to make and taking it to a gathering will have people wanting more.

Ingredients
  • 4 Cucumbers ((Sliced about 1/2 inch)
  • 3 Tomatoes ((Diced))
  • 1 Onion ((Large))
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise ((Sugar free))
  • 3 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt ((Or To Taste))
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preparing tomato, Cucumbers, Onion

    Slice Cucumbers however the thickness as you prefer. Slice Onions and dice the tomatoes. Mix these items in a large bowl.

  2. Salad Dressing

    Add the Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Sweetener, Milk, Salt, and Black Pepper in a bowl and whisk until creamy. Notice the video above.

  3. Finishing Up

    Mix salad dressing, tomato, cucumber, and onion through. 

    I put cooking gloves on and use my hands for this method works best for me.
