Roasted Cauliflower
Description
This a delicious buttery roasted cauliflower. It one of my husbands favorite side dishes.
If you have never tried it I encourage you to. It is very fast and easy to make.
Instructions

Roasted Cauliflower
Wash cauliflower and remove the core from the bottom. Spread half of the butter on bottom of the pan them start adding the seasonings to it.
Place in a deep Dutch oven pan after adding Oil to keep it from sticking. Place the Lid on the pot and Bake at 400F for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife test comes out easy and Cauliflower is tender.
Cut Slices like you are cutting a pie to serve.
