Instant Pot
Set your Instant Pot to Sauté. When it reads HOT, add 3 tablespoons of oil to the inner pot. Add hamburger, stirring until brown. Add onions, celery, bell pepper, salt, Black pepper, garlic, garlic powder, and keep stirring until vegetables are soft.

Canned Items
Open cans and add to the meat and vegetables. Add water and mix well. Turn off instant pot and set it to slow cook. Allow to cook for about 1 hour.
You can eat this chili alone or you can serve over cauli rice, or over my cornbread and it is really good with my low carb cracker Recipe. Enjoy!

I did not figure the carbs, but you can if you want to.
